Help with Schneider remote IOs are not getting the hardware configuration.

The node address (1,2,3..) is set in the Rio frontal rotary switches (decimal and unity) but is not getting the configuration when downloading to PLC.

Any ideas?

I am not familiar with the hardware you are referring to so I don't know what user forum you should ask this in.
