Hello ,
in GEO SCADA, unable to export crystal reports. events list showed that its driver not running!!
// Events List
Generate report request rejected - Driver 'Crystal Reports' is not running
there is no events related to crystal reports except that message
how can check crystal report driver?
any hints for solution

You need to look in the driver's log file to find out why it is failing.

You can check on the status of the drivers and start/stop/restart them from the "General\Modules" page of the Server Status tool connected to the current main server.
The driver's log files should indicate why it has stopped. The log files can be accessed from the same page. NB. If you restart the driver then it will start a new set of log files.
