CrystalReport's Driver stopped suddenly
Hello Everyone,
Our client working on Geo SCADA 2021 that the CrystalReport's Driver stopped suddenly.
The events log registered:
Generate report request rejected - Driver 'Crystal Reports' is not running |
and we've checked the drive log and we've noticed:
(It say username or password is wrong)
However, the odbc(32bit - 64bit) defined with correct logon data
the user was registered as logon as service
We've restart the module/server and nothing worked
Appreciate any hints or solution
Thanks in advance

This error indicates that the credentials for server-side printing (and report exporting) are invalid, see System Administration > Server Administration > Printer Settings so the driver cannot logon to Windows.
