June 30, 2023 Update : As of 05:24 UTC June 30, the issue preventing data from being received has been fixed. There is a backlog of data in the system which may take some time to be processed, however we are so far not seeing reports of any data loss during this incident.

Hello Energy Hub community, please see below for an important service notice regarding availability of the Energy Hub data platform.
We are currently working on a critical issue which is preventing data from being received by our cloud servers. This is currently preventing new data from being received by Energy Hub. This may result in partial data loss for customers who do not have local data logging on sensors or gateways. This would also impact alarms to be triggered in a timely manner. There is no impact to logging in to the application or viewing of historical data.
The issue was detected at 1800 UTC on June 27 and is continuing to impact operations. We are working with our vendor Microsoft to resolve this issue. We are currently not able to provide an estimated resolution time, however our teams are treating this with top priority.
