Power Monitoring Export and Site Server IoT Infrastructure Maintenance

On Thursday November 7th 2024, between 7am and 9am PST, maintenance will be performed on the cloud infrastructure that hosts Power Monitoring Export (PME) and Site Server IoT services. During this maintenance window, new PME and Site Server cloud registrations will not be available and data will not be delivered to cloud applications. All data will remain in cloud queues and delivered to the cloud applications once the maintenance has been completed. No data will be lost. An update will be posted here when the maintenance has been completed.

Energy Hub IoT service maintenance has been complete and all service are operating normally. All queued data will be delivered within the hour.
