Hi,
I have Energy Hub with the Energy Code Compliance module and the Electrical Distribution Monitoring and Alarming module.
So far, we only had a few simple monitoring devices installed that provided basic voltage, current, power, and energy measurements.
We recently added new high-end devices for incomer and main feeders. Since these devices have been added to the Energy Hub gateway, I have been getting many alarm emails.
I like to receive email notifications for alarms, but only for important ones like power quality. Is there a way to configure this so I don't get those nuisance alarm emails?
Matt

Hi Matt,
Yes, you can configure for which alarms Energy Hub (EH) sends email notifications. The settings are based on alarm priority (low, medium, high) and alarm category (asset monitoring, diagnostics, energy management, general, power quality). To set the notification options in EH, go to Setup > Edit notification settings. You can set different preferences for email notification vs. mobile push notification.
For example, to only receive emails for high priority power quality alarms, change the email notification settings to only include alarm priority: high and alarm category: power quality.
