ETP Maintenance Impacting Production EEH Gateway Connections

On Thursday June 27 from 09:00 UTC to 12:00 UTC 17:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC, the EcoStruxure Platform Team (ETP) will be performing maintenance that will impact gateway connectivity for EcoStruxure Energy Hub (EEH).  During this window, the following functionality will be impacted:

• New gateways, of any type, can’t be claimed
• Existing gateways, of any type, can’t be moved
• Existing gateways, of any type, MAY report as disconnected
• Equipment status gadget will not work for Site Server gateways
• Topology updates will not work for Site Server gateways
• Transmission of measurement data from existing gateways will continue normally
