On June 30, 2024 at approximately 20:30 UTC, a unexpected network disruption caused an outage in the delivery of data from Site Servers to Energy Hub. The outage has caused a backlog of messages in the cloud queues, resulting in an ongoing delay in the delivery of data from Site Servers to Energy Hub. NO data has been lost and the backlog is excepted to be cleared in the next 36 hours.
