Hi guys
We have successfully installed 8 PAS600s onsite and only have a few more.
We have hit a snag with the latest one however.
We cannot get the Schneider Cloud service to connect. It just says 'connection in progress' with the spinning green circle. The difference with this specific install over the other successful install is we are using a 4g modem connection - Teltonika RUT241. The PAS600 is set as DHCP and has received its network settings from the modem. We have connected to the Teltonika LAN network and confrimed we can reach the WWW. Thinking it may be a port issue, I changed the default firewall settings to allow all incoming connections (IT pros will have a conniption at that comment 🤣). Have restarted both the PA600 & the modem but still cannot get a successful cloud connect.
Any suggestions?
The Connection diagnostics states 'Network configuration error or device not registered.' (see pic attached)
Not sure what the 'not registered' part means and if that is something we need to do?

1) Teltonika must deliver at least one DNS address to the Panel Server.
Can you please check if there is a value configured in the Panel Server ?
2) Panel used the 7 urls herunder to connect to SE Cloud (screenshot hereunder extracted from EcoStruxure™ Energy Hub - IT and Security Guide | Schneider Electric .)
Can you please check if these url are allowed/not blocked in the Teltonica Router .

i will check on the above. I did create a rule to allow all traffic but will try the specific rules too.
regrading point 1, the panel server is set to dhcp and I did notice that in the DNS tab of the panel server, the first entry was 192.168.1.1 (which is the gateway of the Teltonika). Is this normal? Or should teltonika tell panel server fo eg. 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 ?
