No, IO scanning is a feature of a network module, not the CPU. It is only the M580 and the codesys series that has something like that built into the CPU. For CPU ethernet communication you have to use function blocks but I don't think your CPU even has ethernet. And by the way, your question has nothing to do with Automation Expert.
