Cannot connect to M241 over ethernet

I unboxed new TM241CE24T/U and I upgraded Firmware to v5.1.9.21 for using with machine expert v2.0.

My problem is that I can connect to PLC over USB but not over Ethernet, even I can ping to its IP Address and I can access to Plc over web page. 

Can You help me please ?

I guess that you have to post the question somewhere else as here it's EcoStruxure Automation Expert and not EcoStruxure Machine Expert.

I have this same issue on EAE. I can ping my device but I cannot see it in the device discovery.. Anyone knows a solution? its a m251 and im running EAE v22
