New subscription licensing model in DCE 9.0.0

The DCE 9.0.0 release introduces subscription licensing managed on the mySchneider Software Management website.

As part of Schneider Electric’s initiative to streamline software management across all EcoStruxure IT solutions, your active DCE licenses under support contracts will be upgraded to version 9.0.0.

This upgrade will transition your license management into mySchneider Software Management, which simplifies license handling and provides easier access to the latest software updates.

1. Go to the EcoStruxure IT Entitlements portal to download the DCE 9.0.0 update file.
2. Contact customer support to assist you with migrating your DCE licenses to 9.0.0.

When the DCE server is updated from version 8.3.0 to 9.0.0, all existing license keys will be removed and combined into one new DCE subscription license that enables the software for 90 days.
Note: Until you upload the new license file, some features will be temporarily restricted, such as server upgrades, device firmware updates, and video surveillance clip retrieval. Video clips will continue to be recorded.

Disaster recovery solution

Customers can participate in the existing Redundant Management Program.

Purchase the appropriate size redundant server for your organization along with the extended warranty for each server. Schneider Electric will allow a 50% discount off the node subscription licenses required for the redundant servers to operate.

Customers using the DCE virtual appliance are also allowed a 50% discount off the node subscription licenses required for the redundant virtual appliances to operate.

Hi @EcoStruxureIT , 

In my department we need to integrate DCE in EBO using web services. We would like to test it before the project commissioning. Please, is it possible to download the ISO file of DCE (Trial version)?

We already have a virtual machine to test it.
