"Controller doesn't know Infinet Id" error when attempting to share data from a BCX9640 to a b3 under a BACnet BCX 4000

Cause
A program that is attempting to map a point value from a BCX 9640 to b3 under a BCX 4000 receives a program error "Controller doesn't know Infinet Id." The infinity protocol does not get routed.
Resolution
- The BCX4000 must be upgraded to a BCX4040 by requesting this from repair.
- Follow Share data between standard Continuum controllers and Continuum BACnet controllers to get the best performance.
