Issue
The TAC Xenta operator panel will not display controllers on the network even though it has the correct StruxureWare Domain ID entered and is set to manual mode.

Cause
StruxureWare Building Operation sets its LonWorks Domain ID to a decimal value. The TAC Xenta Operator Panel needs the hexadecimal value in order to operate properly. The decimal value must be converted to hexadecimal.

Converting a decimal value to hexadecimal using a calculator
- Open the calculator on your computer. If Windows go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Calculator.
- In the View menu, select Programmer. Enter in the decimal value of the domain ID.
- Select the Hex button on the left side of the calculator.
- The domain ID has been converted to hexadecimal. In the example, the domain ID 0B should be entered into the operator panel and set to manual mode.
