Issue
The Domain was upgraded to Windows Server 2008 and now the
Workstations Windows firewall causes Andover Controllers to go Off line.

Cause
Enhanced Security in the MS Server 2008 series domain enforces port blocking above ports 5000 and above.
Resolution
Add components , ports to the firewall exception list for Windows Firewall and for Anti-Virus
