Cause
The Event Notification in the AS can be locked due to a shadow relationship with an Event Notification in the ES.
Resolution
- Note the IP address of the AS, as the shadow relationship can be re-established after necessary changes are made.
- Remove the shadow relationship to the ES to allow configuration of the AS. Detailed instructions can be found in Unable to add an Automation Server underneath an Enterprise Server.
- Re-established the shadow relationship if needed.
