Issue
StatusBackup "State" system variable is not able to be manually changed and attempting to set this variable to Enabled produces a script error instead of resetting the flash circuit breaker.

Cause
Feature to reset flash circuit breaker was not implemented in the earlier versions of Building Operation
Resolution
A new feature to reset the flash circuit breaker was implemented in Building Operation v1.9 to address this issue. The b3 BACnet Device Memory on-line help topic shows how this is manually reset from the WorkStation in the Device menu.
