Cause
On February 15, 2012, updated virus definitions from AVG AntiVirus incorrectly flagged accdataservices.exe as malware, resulting in the file being quarantined.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Restore accdataservices.exe from quarantine.
- Add the file to the exception/exclusion list in AVG or any other antivirus software in use.
- Restart the system to confirm the service starts correctly.
