Issue
Controller Download fails when downloading files into a BAS outstation.

Cause
File downloads (only outstation files, not node files) fail from a terminal connected to port 2 of an outstation e.g an engineers laptop.
Resolution
- Either perform a commstats (F3) of the node and a list of what devices and their number attached to each port is displayed. Or check the site node file to see what terminal number is configured to the outstation on Port 2. In either case the letter "T" with a device number will indicate a terminal has been set.
- In the BAS setup page, change the terminal number to match that found in item 1.
- Save and exit BAS.
- Re-open BAS, now download files to the controller.
