There are software updates and environmental reasons for issues coming from Cyberstation and there are a number of tools to help troubleshoot.
Resolution
This guide covers both software and hardware troubleshooting steps for Cyberstation and webClient issues. Use these methods and tools to diagnose problems:
- Determine Scope
- Is the issue isolated (one workstation) or system-wide (multiple workstations)?
- Isolated issues may relate to:
- Installation problems
- Windows OS or hotfixes
- Hardware failures
- Check Continuum Compatibility
- Verify versions of:
- Continuum Service Packs
- Windows OS (including Service Packs)
