Cause
Due to the XML response rate (XML file information send to Building Operation), it has some limitations.
Resolution
General Guide in the Technical Reference Guide:
- The limit for the whole XML response is 100 kb, which includes manually created values.
- The limit for a string value is 10 kb, which includes manually created values.
- The maximum number of values created in the Web Server interface is 200.
- The recommended limit for XML elements in the Web Service interface is 100
- The recommended number of Web Service interfaces in an Automation Server XML elements at a polling rate of 60 seconds. is 2.
