Cause
The description in the datasheets / installation instructions may not be sufficient to understand the difference(s) between the two types of S-Cables.
Resolution
January 2013 Update - The straight connector S-Cable has been discontinued. Refer to Product Announcement PA-00238 for details.
The straight S-Cable (part number SXWSCABLE10001) and the angle or L-shaped S-Cable (part number SXWSCABLE10002) works the same in terms of functionality. Both are 1.5 meters in length. The difference is whether the connectors is a straight out type or an angled type. This will probably affect the installation. See the images below
