Cause
Apple mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) do not support ActiveX components, which are required for rendering Sigma Web Graphics.
Resolution
Due to the lack of ActiveX support on iOS devices:
- Sigma Web Graphics will not function properly on iPads or iPhones.
- Users should access the Sigma Web Client from a Windows-based device with a compatible browser that supports ActiveX (e.g., Internet Explorer).
