An old site backup has been used in stead of a current backup.
The incorrect backup has been used to add additional equipment to the site, changes may have occurred between backups.
There are two ways to address this issue, the first is to use the "Doctor" programme to look for errors.
1 - Run Doctor on the site files.
2 - Backup the existing site index files.
3 - Copy the modified backup files onto the system.
4 - Run Doctor again and compare the error report with the original, if there are errors reported that apply to the original system, then investigate them to see if they can be easily corrected.
If the errors cannot be easily corrected then the second method can be used.
1 - Run SigmaX.
2 - Select SigUtils and then choose "New site setup" this will allow the new sites to be removed from the existing backup.
3 - Having created a site of the new equipment, it will need to be merged with the current site data.
