Issue
After upgrading to Sigma 4.08, the Sigma server (SigmaSvr.exe) fails to start. An error message may be displayed.

Cause
The issue occurs due to the absence of a valid licensing method on the Sigma server following the upgrade from Sigma 4.04.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that one of the following valid licensing methods is available:
- A valid Sigma dongle is connected to the server.
- The StruxureWare Building Operation License Administrator software is installed, along with a valid license.
