Unable to edit Xdriver communication settings on a comm port for a 9680 or the stopbits show incorrectly as 1.5

Cause
Under certain circumstances, there was an issue in version 1.74 and 1.81 where the comm port settings were disabled or grayed out. If the settings were not grayed out and an attempt is made to set the stopbits, it could get set incorrectly to 1.5.
Resolution
The issue is corrected in 1.82 and above.
The work around for versions 1.74 and 1.81 are to set the comm port from the command line.
