Issue
There is a compatibility issue between Revision 2 MNL controllers and S-Link sensors. This incompatibility is noticed when a later production S-Link sensor is connected to an older Revision 2 controller. When the sensor is connected to the controller, 88.8 appears on the sensor’s display window along with all of the other LCD icons. The display never recovers from this mode, which makes the sensor non-functional.
