Issue
Need to re-add firmware package to EBO for SmartX controllers and receive the error "firmware already exists"

Cause
Cannot add a firmware package of the same revision if one is already in the firmware list.
Resolution
- Open the Control Panel within WorkStation and select Firmware Management
- Select the firmware package you want to delete and click the delete button
