Why do we get different settings when TAC Vista is running as a Service compare to started normally?

Cause
When TAC Vista is running as a Service, it is using "System user", and not the same user that is logged in.
Resolution
Verify that the system user have correct settings to be able to run TAC Vista as a Service.
Under Region and Language, under the tab Administrative, you find Current language for non-Unicode programs, and also a button named Change system locale...
