Cause
An enrollment reader hasn't been configured or the data being read in is duplicated.
Resolution
- Wire a typical reader to an CX9680 with an AC1/AC1Plus or ACX57xx. This will not be attached to a physical door.
- Configure the enrollment reader in Personnel Manager. For details see Configure an enrollment reader in Continuum.
