Issue
Attempts to download images or object files to UNC532 controllers only partially download then fail. This is often seen in the Sigma debug window.

Cause
Large quantities of Sigma global data can adversely affect the ability of the slower processing controllers such as the UNC532 from accepting large files due to communication timeouts. From experience this affect has been with global levels of 600 broadcasts per minute.
Resolution
If there are problems on site with downloading files then checking the global broadcast rates can be achieved by;
- Using Wireshark to trace the Ethernet Backbone communications (See Using WireShark to analyse communications on an Ethernet network)
- Email the trace to Product Support and request a global data analysis.
