If a user is created in an ES domain, will that user be visible under the AS if the AS is in the same domain?

Cause
When a user is logging in for the first time to the AS, the AS will ask the ES for the user and password and then save it in the AS, but this will not visible for the user. The next time the user can log in to the AS even if the connection to the ES is broken as the user is now saved in the AS.
Resolution
Users will not be visible in the AS, only in the ES.
