Issue
Out of range alarm attached to i2 device does not work when point's value is out of the range.
The 'Alarms' system variable in the controller shows 0

Cause
Out of Range alarm is a BACnet alarm and can not be used with Infinity points
Resolution
Use Expression or Infinity Low/High Limit alarm type.
