Issue
The OnSite Stat Controller can read temperature values, but the system does not control outputs. The SS light on the Site Stat Controller Interface is not flashing.

Cause
A field wiring error occurred. The temperature sensor was incorrectly wired with x1 and x2 terminations reversed.
Resolution
- Verify the wiring of the temperature sensor.
- Ensure x1 and x2 terminations are correctly connected.
- Once corrected, the controller resumes normal operation and the SS light flashes as expected.
