How does the offline detection work between an Enterprise Server(ES) and a SmartX server

Cause
There is no online poll between an ES and a SmartX server, but the SmartX server will be considered as offline if it doesn't respond to any kind of message from the ES.
Resolution
The ES is constantly asking the SmartX server for new events and alarms so at least every second the ES will communicate with the SmartX server.
If one of the messages from the ES is not responded by the SmartX server the ES will send out 3 more with a second in between, if no messages are answered by the SmartX server the ES will consider the SmartX server as offline.
There is a 30 seconds delay before the offline alarm pops up in the alarm viewer in Workstation.
