NetController 2 IO Modules do not power up when using a third-party power supply.

Cause
When a third-party power supply (AC or DC) is used with the NC2, the IO modules do not receive power through the NC2 connector.
Resolution
To ensure proper operation:
- Use the Continuum Power Supply if you want the IO modules to be powered via the NC2 connector.
- If using a third-party power supply, the IO modules must be powered separately.
