Issue
Looking at the properties of the NIC-USB in workstation the status changes from Online to offline over a 5-10 second cycle

Cause
The NIC-USB is set up as an application
Resolution
In the Loytec LConfig software select the Advanced button and make sure that "Run as Service.." is selected.
