Cause
duplicate alarms being delivered
Resolution
Enable Enhanced alarm logging and delivery
- Shut down ALL workstations
- Launch Continuum database initialization
- Select with Server or Stand Alone depending on your database configuration
- Select Enhanced Alarm Logging and Enhanced Alarm Delivery
- Update database
- When database update is complete, launch Continuum workstations
