Cause
The VAVActuator object in the controller's database has its position initialization mode set to 0 which means it will initialize the position value at its earliest opportunity following a reset. Therefore, the position will display as "NA" until the controller reaches the full open or full closed position
Resolution
The VAVActuator object in the controller's database has three options for the position initialization mode following a reset. If having the position display NA for a time following a reset is not desirable the position initialization mode can be set to force the controller to go open or closed following a reset and then it will display a value for the position following a reset.
