Cause
An EWS License may be needed to allow your ES/AS to use EcoStruxure Web Services
Resolution
Purchase and install an EWS License if required.
Note: The EWS option is NOT required when using EWS to integrate between two Schneider Electric systems or services. Refer to PA-00349 for details.
This includes the new Smart Connector by Schneider Electric which does not require an EWS License but does require a Smart Connector License as usual
