Cause
- The computer cannot be moved to a location with Internet access for activation or repair.
- IT policies prohibit temporary Internet access for licensing purposes.

- Use the SBO Offline Activation Tool for offline license activation.

- Click Instruction and Help in the tool for step-by-step guidance and helpful videos/charts.
SBO Offline License Repair
- The same tool can repair offline licenses.
- Access the tool here: SBO Offline Activation Tool.
- After launching the tool, go to Special Operations → Repair License.
If repair fails, contact Support for further troubleshooting.
