Issue
Problem with redirecting a $EE_Mess alarm using "Configure alarms" in the Vista server. The alarm is not redirected to the new alarm object and therefore not changing the priority.

$EE_Mess should be redirected to message object in Vista.
A change of state should be redirected to another change of state object in Vista
Resolution
Redirect the $EE_Mess to a message object in Vista and not to a change of state.
