Issue

When configuring Sigma objects, users may encounter display issues with analogue values. This is often due to the absence of the required lookup table in the controller.

Cause

The lookup table assigned to a Sigma object is not automatically downloaded when the object itself is downloaded. This can result in incorrect or missing analogue value representations.

Resolution

To ensure proper functionality and accurate display of analogue values:

1. Manually download the lookup table using the following steps:

   • Navigate to System Diagnostics.
   • Select Download Files.
   • Choose Lookup.rec from the available options.

     

2. Confirm that the lookup table is successfully downloaded to the controller before deploying or testing the Sigma object.
