Is it possible to set a delay on a EE_mess alarm in Vista?

Cause
A delay on the EE_mess would prevent triggering of unnecessary alarms
Resolution
It is not possible to delay a EE_mess alarm in Vista, the delay attribute does not exist on a EE_mess object.
