Infinity schedules are not downloading at the times they are configured. A typical symptom would be if scheduled to download on Sunday but not occurring until the following Monday morning right after activity starts at the site.
The machine running the Cyberstation that is configured to download the schedules has gone into hibernation or sleep.
Configure the computer's Power Options to keep the CPU running at all times, it is OK to turn OFF the display, but the CPU has to be kept running in order for the download to take place.
