Issue
Import of BACnet/IP device is missing Device ID value. The device is indicated as offline and will not communicate.

Cause
A device instance number is not preserved in an export. An imported BACnet device must be associated with a device.
Resolution
Use the Associate with Device option on the BACnet/IP device object, refer to: Associating a BACnet Instance Number with a Device (se.com).
Specify the device instance number.
