Getting a "Dongle not found" error when trying to start the IC GEN software controller

Cause
Dongle has not been registered and It is not possible to register the Sigma Dongle via the IC GEN DDE/OPC.
Resolution
Connect the Dongle to a Sigma server (which can be an engineers laptop) and register the Dongle for the IC GEN as per Registering a Sigma Dongle for a full server or Sigma option.
