NB: Respecting mandatory configuration steps in the diagrams above will improve the solution.
Change over sensor shall be 10K type II thermistor. When water temperature goes below
74°F the system will be in cooling mode and when water temperature goes over 78°F the system will be in Heating mode.
* From the diagrams, the thermostat closes the common side of the connection.
