Issue
Alarms cannot be created in a BACnet b3 controller because the fields are grayed out.

Cause
Alarms are created differently in a BACnet controller than with an Infinet controller. These fields are grayed out since they are not used for alarm creation in a BACnet controller.
Resolution
There are instructions in the BACnet section in the Continuum help for creating an event notification and then mapping the point and the event notification within an alarm enrolment.
