Cause
A license is required to use the ethernet feature with the Roam IO2
Resolution
- Follow the instructions for Generating a License request in the BACnet Service Tool Generating a License manual, (PDF attached).
- Include your contact information, PO (purchase order) and RA numbers for the RoamIO2.
- Send that information to Upgrades.Continuum@schneider-electric.com to process the request.
